Community Manager

Community Manager Magiccraft, a groundbreaking MOBA Web3 game company, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Manager to build and nurture our player community. As a Community Manager, you will be the voice of Magiccraft, engaging with players, fostering relationships, and creating a vibrant and inclusive gaming community.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build a strong and active player community.
Monitor and respond to player feedback, inquiries, and concerns across various channels.
Organize and host community events, contests, and tournaments to drive engagement and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to communicate updates, news, and promotions to the community.
Advocate for the player community internally and provide insights to improve the player experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player communities.
Ability to moderate and manage online communities effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging community initiatives.
